Setting Up Your Online Account with Amazon and Half.com

Setting up accounts on both Amazon and Half.com are really quite easy. Chances are that if you have ever bought anything from Amazon or eBay (who owns Half.com) you already have an account. To get started on both sites, just find the item that you want to sell. Once you have looked it up, both Amazon and Half have "Sell Your Stuff" (Amazon) or "Sell My Stuff" (Half) links. Click that and you are on your way!

A couple of tips -

• Give yourself a little time to set this up. You are starting a new business here, take your time. Don't do it in a rush.
  
• You will need a to register a bank account. This is how they will pay you, so have your bank account numbers or checkbook handy.
• They need a valid phone number. This may not be something you want to set up while on a lunch break! They will validate your phone number by electronically calling it and you need to be able to answer it.
